They will also offer legal, agency, and representation services I have selected and checked above. I reserve the right to expand the scope of representation and work about: Film Funding and Development, Film, TV, and Theater Contracts, Actor and Supplier Contracts, Legal & Regulatory Matters, Censorship Issues, Copyright Infringement, Trademarks, Confidentiality Agreements, Deal Structuring, Film Investor Development, Extra services as requested and agreed upon Fees and Payment Terms Retainer Registration Fee: A retainer of $200 is required before services commence. It will be billed instantly upon your signing and registration. Hourly Rates/Flat Fees: Services will be billed at an hourly rate. Alternatively, a flat fee we negotiate will apply for each of the specific services to be offered. Payment Schedule: Invoices will be issued and are payable within [30] days. Late Payments: A late fee of thirty per cent [30%] will apply to overdue payments. Confidentiality All information shared by you is confidential. It will not be disclosed without prior consent, except as required by law. Termination Clause This agreement may be terminated by either party with thirty [30] days’ written notice. The Client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the date of termination. Client Responsibilities The Client agrees to provide all necessary information and documentation required for the provision of services. The Client will respond promptly to communications. They will cooperate with The Music Advocate Africa as needed. This includes its affiliates and representatives. Amendments Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Entire Agreement This web document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings. Governing Law.
