The Music Advocate Africa Policy Consulting Group is a public policy and advocacy expert on behalf of various artist rights organizations, digital media, technology, sport & entertainment organizations. We consult for governmental agencies, private organizations & non-profit organizations working in the cultural sectors. We act as a liaison between the public, elected officials, volunteers, donors, community partners, advocates, and their organizations. Our Public Policy Consulting works as one of the lead organizers for public policy initiatives and community outreach initiatives in Music, Digital Media, Entertainment, Performing Arts, Fashion, Theater, Art Finance & Cultural Industry Business Development.
As part of our organizational leadership responsibilities, we keep abreast of pending legislation that impacts our partner’s & client’s programs and mandates. We conduct research related to our programs and their impact on the community. We maintain and expand strategic partnerships in government, the community, and with relevant cultural industry organizations. We also will train and oversee interns and volunteers within the public policy branch of our agency.

Our Policy Consulting Group works as the point person in our partner & client organizations to shape public policy around their stated goals. This tends to be targeted at a particular community, constituency, or cause such as the Arts, Film or Music for example.

By helping educate the public, work with public and private partners and the government, our Public Policy Consulting helps to shape the debate and ultimately the legislation that impacts the cultural community.
